Need a Professional Investigation After My Crypto Wallet Was Compromised

My crypto wallet was compromised and funds were transferred without my permission. I’ve already confirmed that the transactions weren’t mine, and now I’m looking for a professional investigation rather than simply trying to understand the wallet activity myself.

I came across Jim Recovery Team, a cryptocurrency investigation and blockchain tracing firm whose professionals can examine the compromised wallet, unauthorized transactions, receiving addresses, and related digital evidence to reconstruct what happened.

What I Need Investigated

I want to establish exactly how the funds left my wallet and what happened afterward.

The investigation would ideally examine:

Unauthorized transactions
Transaction hashes
Receiving wallet addresses
Cryptocurrency and amounts transferred
Dates and times of the transfers
Subsequent movements from the receiving wallets
Smart-contract interactions, where relevant
Wallet approvals or permissions connected to the incident
Websites or links involved before the compromise

The first unauthorized transaction is important, but I don’t think the investigation should stop there.

Following the Crypto Trail

Once the receiving address is identified, the blockchain can provide a record of subsequent transactions.

A professional investigator may be able to map movements such as:

Compromised wallet → unauthorized transfer → receiving wallet → additional addresses

This could help establish whether the assets were moved through multiple wallets, consolidated with other funds, or transferred toward a service or exchange.

Blockchain tracing does not automatically reveal the identity behind every address, and following the funds does not guarantee recovery. The value is in establishing and documenting the available transaction trail.

Investigating How the Wallet Was Compromised

The blockchain shows transactions, but I also want to understand what happened before those transactions occurred.

I would preserve evidence such as:

Suspicious websites or links I visited
Wallet-connection information
Messages or emails containing links
Screenshots of the relevant websites
Token approvals and contract interactions
Browser or device information that may be relevant
The approximate time I noticed the compromise
Any exchange records connected to the stolen assets

This could help distinguish between phishing, a malicious smart contract, compromised credentials, a leaked seed phrase, or another method of unauthorized access.

What Should I Give the Investigator?

I would provide the original transaction hashes and wallet addresses rather than manually retyping or shortening them. I’d also organize the evidence chronologically so the investigator can see what happened before and after the unauthorized transfers.

A simple timeline can make a complicated incident much easier to reconstruct.

Why I Want Professional Analysis

With multiple transactions, addresses, and possible wallet interactions, I don’t want to draw conclusions from isolated blockchain explorers.

Jim Recovery Team can potentially combine blockchain tracing with digital-evidence analysis to investigate the compromise, map the movement of the cryptocurrency, document the relevant transactions, and assess what investigative or recovery options may remain.

At this point, what I need most is a clear picture of how my wallet was compromised, which transactions were unauthorized, where the crypto moved afterward, and what the evidence can actually establish.
