The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Russia demanded extradition from Ukraine of all individuals connected with terrorist acts on Sunday.
According to the press release, Russian authorities conducted an investigation that led to the conclusion that the terrorist attack that took place at the Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk on March 22 was related to Ukraine. This attack resulted not only in the destruction of material facilities but also took 130 lives.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine responded to these accusations by rejecting them and indicated:
The Security Service of Ukraine indicated that the Russian demands were cynical and pointless. They also brought up the arrest warrant against Putin issued by the International Criminal Court.

For this matter, the Russian government communicated its decision to demand Ukraine to arrest and extradite every person implicated in the recent terrorist attacks under the International Convention for the Suppression of Terrorist Bombings and the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism. Also, one of Russia’s demands is to arrest the head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Vasily Malyuk. We consider such accusations to be a planned provocation by the Kremlin to further fuel anti-Ukrainian hysteria in Russian society, create conditions for increased mobilization of Russian citizens to participate in the criminal aggression against our country and discredit Ukraine in the eyes of the international community.
